How to brew

Brew this coffee however you like! Make it with a French press, AeroPress, pour-over or drip/espresso machine.

Preferred Method

Weigh Coffee

For an espresso double, use 14-18 grams of coffee beans. For a solo, use 7-9 grams.

Grind Coffee

Use Filtered Water

Make sure your water is filtered and clean.

Make An Even Bed Of Coffee In The Portafilter

Put your coffee grounds in the portafilter, distributing them evenly in the basket. Give it a good tamp with 20-30 pounds of pressure.

Pull The Shot

Aim for a 25-second extraction time. This will depend on how finely you ground your coffee.
