As a company, we are deeply devoted to your experience. That’s why we’re dedicated to providing you with the best service, the highest quality equipment, fun merchandise, and extraordinary coffees.
But it doesn’t stop there—we also want to make sure that you’re as satisfied with your purchase as possible. We want you to have every reason to come back again and again.
Here’s how it works:
If you’re dissatisfied with your order in any way within 30 days of your purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out to our us at brickhouse. Please note that we will not accept returns on grinders, kettles, or anything that has been used.
Shipping
We are committed to delivering the freshest possible beans, roasted to order within 48 hours of your order. We do our best to fill and ship orders within 24 hours during typical roastery hours (M-F 9-5).
If you place an order with us for gear that is under $250, we expect it will take 7-10 days for your to arrive. If your order is $250 in value or higher, we will typically ship out in 48 to 72 hours.
